Julie Flesher has worked with dogs since she was young, starting with bathing and kennel experience at fifteen years old. She is a detailed and compassionate individual who takes pride in her dog styling and aims to take care of her client’s pets with positive reinforcement. She has two years of professional grooming experience, beginning with obtaining an associate's degree in Applied Science majoring in Canine Animal Assisted Therapy at Hocking College. There she learned about canine body language, anatomy, trick, and behavioral training, agility, first aid training, and multiple grooming courses and seminars.

She began grooming professionally during this time and earned her certification for non-sporting breeds through the National Groomers Association of America. She has experience with standard pet haircuts as well as various AKC breed standard haircuts. She has experience with cat bathing, drying, brushing, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and spot shaving.
